- ✓Claiming symptoms instead of diagnosed conditions

- ✓No lay statements to cover gaps in service records
- ✓Letting deadlines pass on requests for more information
Fix the file, not just the form
A clean, organized submission with a short cover summary per condition does more for your claim than extra pages of unsorted records.
