Yes — coaching is completely free of charge. We provide one-on-one support to help you understand your situation, organize your evidence, and prepare your claim. If you feel we have earned it, you may choose to send a gratuity, but it is never required.
No. You never owe us anything. We do not charge upfront fees, we do not send invoices, and we never take a percentage of your VA back pay or monthly compensation. Our help is free and voluntary.
